Filling Crown Root Canal

Filling

When a tooth has a small cusp fracture it can often be repaired with a filling.
Your dentist will first carefully remove the old filling. New filling is then placed and your tooth is prepared for the crown. Impressions are taken to ensure the final crown is made and inserted during the same visit.
Meanwhile, the impression is sent to a dental lab. To make the restoration, the lab technician produces models based on the impression in order to create an inlay that will function properly and fit perfectly in your mouth.
